The level of luxury for a small, boutique hotel.

Excellent location.

The rooms are very large, with high ceilings and gorgeous, ornate, details. We had the Presidential Spa Suite and it was a treat. Bedrooms on both sides of the suite, separated by a bathroom and hallways down the center. Have seen and stayed in other rooms as well, and all are lovely.

The staff at the front desk will happily arrange anything in the city. We loved the guide they set us up with for the Vatican Tour.

Breakfast is tops.
