Returns

Dip A Toe accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within 30 days after your order is placed. Broken, damaged, or on-sale items are not eligible for a refund. 

How to Make a Return

To make a return, please email info@dipatoe.com. In your message, please include your order number and email address. Describe which item you would like to return and your reason for returning.

Please Note: A $10.00 USD charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping costs.

Exchanges

Dip A Toe does not accept exchanges on any items. We welcome customers to follow the return process and re-purchase their preferred item.
