Returns

Dip a Toe accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within 60 days after you place your order with Dip A Toe. Broken, damaged, or on-sale items are not eligible for a refund. 

How to Make a Return

To make a return, press the button below or go to https://dipatoe.aftership.com. Once there, enter your order number and email address. Select which item you would like to return and your reason for returning.

Please Note: Once Dip a Toe confirms your return or exchange request, you will receive a prepaid USPS return label. A $10.00 USD charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping costs. 

Pack all the items to be returned, along with a print-out of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Go to a post office to ship your package. You will receive an email when we receive your items and when a refund is issued.

Exchanges

Dip a Toe does not accept exchanges on any items. We welcome customers to follow the return process and re-purchase their preferred item.
