SOLITO mobiles are each unique and carefully fabricated by hand in Mallorca, Spain. The Spiga Hanging Mobile is a tribute to the traditional black bread (pa moreno) from Mallorca, made with the local variety of grain called xeixa, the most cited grain in poetry and legends of the Balearic. Ancient stone mills are still part of the landscape where wheat ears (espiga) dance gracefully with the wind. This art piece and its movements will highlight any space.
The piece is made with aluminium shapes and stainless steel rod. It is hand painted in water-based eco friendly enamel.
